Bob Crowley commenced his professional training with Rendel Palmer and Tritton. After studying at the Westminster Technical College he obtained an ONC(Mechanical Engineering), followed by an HNC(Civil Engineering).Further studies were held at Regent Street Polytechnic and Napier College Edinburgh leading to Membership of the Institution of Structural Engineers. During a working period in Canada Bob Crowley qualified as a Professional Engineer - Canada (Ontario). He has since worked in the industry for nearly 40 years on a diverse range of projects covering all fields of project and construction management ... from building sewage treatment plants to refurbishing landmark London buldings like Shell Mex House; from theatre refurbishment to installing gym facilities as part of large office redevelopment projects; from reservoir excavation to tower block demolition in the middle of the City of London. The list goes on ... He knows that the secret to success is careful project planning and
he has worked on many outline proposals - some specifically include for
industrial projects around 260,000sf and a printing press of 50,000sf,
shopping centre and dealing room and prepared scheme and budgets for
refurbishment of 85,000sf office space with tenants in occupation appointed
the professional team and prepared brief document for tenant to present
to management team including specification, budget with visuals showing
