Spring Gardens project - London

A direct appointment of Crowley Projects by the developer Central London Securities to take over the project management after the termination of contract of a previous company. Recommended to Central London and appointed after a brief discussion on fees. An immediate need to be able to control the construction and
design, valuation and reporting for fund draw down from Gamlestaden Bank were
required.

The project with a value of £40m including six office blocks with a total area of 250,000 sf and underground parking for 125 cars with external landscaping and security systems.

Throughout the project liaised with possible tenants and then
supervised the tenant fit outs including NCIS, Secretary of State and Dar al Handasah.
