- Ensuring the Shell and Core works did not interfere with the Barclays Works

- The Cat A works to bring to completion before the Accommodation Works commenced.

- The Cat B or Special Area works, being a substantial contract in itself covering the high profile areas: executive suite, board room, university area, 2 auditoriums, gymnasium and all catering areas for the bank staff and executive suite and meeting rooms.

- And finally, the Post Contract Works with all the final modifications to ensure absolutely to user requirement.

It has all been a great success and I believe you made a significant contribution.  It really is about attitude and understanding all sides of the contract. Your relationships with all members of the team, and ability to highlight concerns, problems and solutions to achieve satisfactory conclusions has been fundamental to achieving our goal and completion of all documentation and an almost defect free building.
