Optrex - Basingstoke

A sale and lease development carried out for Optrex with funding arranged by Client Construction, a previous company of the director of Crowley Projects. Full project and design and build responsibility to meet client and institutional funding and leasing
standards.

The project included a new 35000sf high bay warehouse fully fitted with wire guided trucks and racking, 110 car parking spaces and a new 25000sf office. All design consultants, all procurement and appointments made by company principal, Bob Crowley.

A successful project completed with transfer and operation of all storage and delivery form the new facility and engrossement of the lease. Funds were drawn down regularly from Hill Samuel within the development agreement.
