Nomura - London

The works included new generators, UPS, chillers, replacement solar panels, substantial electrical distribution network, chilled and condense water systems feeding chilled desk and chilled beam cooling.  

Substantial lighting, fire alarm and security systems were also included together with lift lobby and car replacement.  Provision of staff catering facilities and seating accommodation for around 4000 staff together with extensive dealing floor catering areas and staff vending at all levels are also included.  

AV services are provided through out the building as well as a 250 seat auditorium, staff gymnasium and Wellness clinic.

Dealing floors occupy 3 floors and provide facilities for 1250 dealers with full trading desk equipment of dealer boards, screens up to 6 and telephone and hoots - separate accommodation for back office staff is provided. All C&E commissioning was carried out. Numerous milestones for occupancy were achieved by COMO Interiors ensuring that Nomura occupied to programme.
