Murray House - Tower Bridge

High profile project within Murray House initially for two divisions of Barclays Bank which,after some change, became one project for Barclays Asset Management.

Appointed as Project Manager by Barclays Group Property Services Project value of £30m included refurbishment of all floor space with new raised floor, ceilings, power, data, three new data centres, liaison with Barclays Capital and work and in their centre supporting off-site dealing activity.

Liaison with service providers, new audio visual facilities including conference and presentation facilities throughout the building.
New chairmans office, suite and boardroom. New staff and client catering, restaurant for 1200 and client dining facilities.

Tight programme with the usual changes expected with a major financial client including the cut over to the Euro.
