A direct appointment by the client to project manage the relocation of 300 personnel
from five locations into a shell and core landmark building in west London. This was a fast track appointment with time from appointment to occupancy being 12 weeks with a seven week construction period.

Crowley Projects prepared the budget, appointed design consultants for services and architecture, tendered and awarded through the appointed construction manager all packages, procured and negotiated new structured cabling and pabx, managed construction,arranged and managed the removal and successful move in and transition of this major book company.

Throughout the period reporting to the CEO, finance director and management team.
