Head-hunted by Systech Group for Jarvis PLC to manage the completion of eight schools constructed and refurbished under a PFI contract.

Work involved contact and liaison with the local authority, the schools' personnel, Jarvis Facilities Management, SPV-SMIF and various sub contractors whilst encompassing documentation completion, defects clearance and inspections on handover, together with O&M completion. H&S matters associated with occupied schools and the control and processing of works throughout term time and holiday periods to minimise disruption.
