The Round House Theatre - Chalk Farm - The 'rebirth' of the famous Roundhouse theatre in London's Chalk Farm as a world-class Peformance Space and a Creative Centre for young people

Shell Mex House - Embankment - Design and build refurbishment of landmark listed building overlooking the Thames (and including Cecil Chambers on Strand). Complete strip out to frame internally, renewal all plant, external redecoration, reroofing, Two floors occupied throughout. Total space over 600,000sf gross.

Cecil Chambers - Strand - Design and build refurbishment listed building, once the grand Victorian Cecil Hotel - part of Shell Mex project. Refurbishment of former hotel bedrooms and lounges into commercial office space. Renewal all plant, and provision of new plant rooms on the roof. Category B fit-out for new tenant.

Credit Suisse, Old Broad Street - Chiller support modifications involved disconnecting and lifting four chillers with no cranage onto the roof of a six storey office building and installing new steelwork and then recommissioning the chillers.

40 Long Acre - A small refurbishment stripping back to shell, renewing services, and a Cat A and B fit out for client and tenant in one programme. Severe site restrictions over Covent Garden tube station with the pedestrian and London Underground environmental conditions of protection and noise to satisfy. Contract value £ 1.5m

Merrill Lynch, St Pauls - Construction Project Management on New European Headquarters at St Pauls. New build from demolition, piling to upholdings, deep excavation, large reinforced concrete basement, facade retention, soft strip to retained buildings, existing listed buildings, steel frame, steel sheet deck and lightweight concrete frame, precast cladding stone and brick faced, large punched windows, curtain walling, massive internal cores, used largest rotary diesel generators in the world.

Murray House, Tower Bridge - High profile project bringing together two Barclays Bank divisions for Barclays Asset Management. The 30m project included refurbishment of floor space with raised floors, ceilings, power, three new data centres, new presentation facilities, chairman's office, suite and boardroom plus restaurant for 1200.

Fenchurch Street, City of London- Demolition and site clearance of 26-storey tower block in busiest part of City of London. High regard to pedestrian traffic,and other health and safety issues, in meeting tight deadline for sale date to Marks and Spencer.

BZW for Barclays Property Holdings - £150m fit out over two buildings of 500,000 and 250,000sf with facilities for 4,000 staff including 1900 dealers with alternative HV, generators, UPS, chillers, IT in the largest data centre in a bank, commencement of FST.

Hodder Headline Plc - Direct appointment by client to project manage relocation of 300 personnel from five locations into a shell and core building. Fast track appointment with 12 weeks to occupancy with a seven week construction period.

Central London Securities - Direct appointment by client to take over project management of £40m project for six office blocks, underground parking for 125 cars, fitness centre, external landscaping and security at Spring Gardens complex, Vauxhall.

North British Hotel/Balmoral Hotel, Edinburgh - Appointment through Morgan Grenfell for redevelopment of internationally-known 200+room hotel on Princes Street, Edinburgh for Norfolk Capital Hotels. External repairs to classical stonework perimeters bounded on all sides by road and rail track over Waverley Station.

Adelaide House, London Bridge - Appointment through Morgan Grenfell for major money broker to refurbish a 600-position dealer room round live operation. Budget of £12m worked within despite changing specification. First CCTV dealing rate viewing over different floor levels.

Morgan Grenfell - Project management of 'Big Bang' securities operation at 20 Finsbury Square involving extensive building and services work including installation of dealing facilities, information services, full restaurant facilities for client dining, conference facilities and generic office space.

Optrex, Basingstoke - Sale and lease development - 35000sf high bay warehouse fully fitted with wire guided trucks and racking,110 car parking spaces and new 25000sf office.
