Cecil Chambers - travelled in time from an elegant Victorian hotel to a modern 21st century office block.

Covering in excess of 50,000 sf gross it's a Victorian style building of substantial brick construction and has been totally refurbished back to original internal style with modern services and provision for new technology. The completion of Cecil was followed by the Cat B tenant fitout to include new kitchen and restaurant, library, meditation room, theatre and presentation space, structured cabling, and additional services.

The US client Witkoff Group team includes several financiers with project managers, planning consultants, accountants, agents and solicitors. Discussions and negotiations with Westminster City over clean up campaigns, listed building and planning consents; English Heritage and other interested parties all making the refurbishment process both delicate and demanding in many areas.
