Prudential. Basingstoke Shopping Centre. Project Manager for the redevelopment and upgrade of shopping centre including fire strategy, increased major space user, car park upgrade, office refurbishment, resident interface etc. Project value £25m.

Edinburgh Crystal. Project and construction managed design and build in conjunction with Lion Projects for Coloroll of new warehouse facility. Value £800,000.

Norfolk Capital Hotels and Queens Moat Hotels. Project Manager for the design and restoration of 200 room hotel, with banqueting facilities for 400 to 5 star standard, including external stone restoration, developer negotiations, grant applications. Project value £25m.

Agricultural Mortgage Corporation. Project and construction managed fitting out office block including design, and construction for all architectural, services and IT works, catering and conference facilities and move in.

Marlow Weir. Marine works tender for reconstruction of weir.

Moriconium Quay. Marine estimate for quay redevelopment and construction.
