40 Long Acre - A small refurbishment stripping back to shell, renewing services, and a Cat A and B fit out for client and tenant in one programme. Severe site restrictions over Covent Garden tube station with the pedestrian and London Underground environmental conditions of protection and noise to satisfy. Contract value £ 1.5m

Shell Mex House - Project and Construction Manager on the refurbishment of Shell Mex House (right) and Cecil Chambers. This landmark building purchased by the American development company Witkoff from Shell has been completely refurbished including all plant and equipment. In addition an adjacent 43000sf has been fitted out to a Cat B standard for a tenant. Total Contract Value £48m.

Merrill Lynch - Construction Project Manager on New European Headquarters at St Pauls. New build from demolition, piling to upholdings, deep excavation, large reinforced concrete basement pours, facade retention, soft strip to retained buildings, refurbishment of existing listed buildings, steel frame, steel sheet deck and lightweight concrete frame, precast cladding stone and brick faced, large punched windows, curtain walling, massive internal cores, largest rotary diesel generators in the world, extensive IT infrastructure.

Barclays Asset Management Group and Retail Financial Services - Construction Project Manager on refurbishment contract for a changing business group including services installation for generic and specific offices, restaurant and meeting rooms, conference, AV and board rooms and a new data centre, incoming data services, switches and full structured cable system. Construction value increased from £lOm to £20m; total project cost circa £40m.
Prepare refurbishment cost for Johnson Smirke building at Royal Mint for 250 personnel occupancy and 8 week contract period including IT.

City University. Preparation of proposal and development budget for new business school of 80,000sf.

Barclays Bank Plc. Preliminary demolition enabling works and preparation of budgets for redevelopment of 1 Pall Mall including facade retention, and development to include 100,000sf of high quality office space.
