Logistics

Simply stated, Logistics is the handling of an operation that involves providing labour and supplying materials as and where needed.

Any project has logistical issues, some straight forward others more difficult. There is a tendency to dismiss the more difficult with an ‘It is within our capability’ statement' and consider some of the logistical nightmares.
